I called to get my car picked up and taken to a shop after it broke down on the side of the road. The tow truck was there before I got back with my husbands car. They let me leave and got my car to the shop. Very satisfied!

We recently had a trailer tire blow and needed a tow. I feel badly that I cannot remember the man’s name, but he went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable with all aspects of the tow. Loading and unloading of the one-wheeled trailer was a real handful, but he handled it as only a real pro can. Excellent service.

We were so appreciative of how much initiative Willie took when he came to assist us. Our car was halfway in the ditch and sitting on a culvert with one wheel sticking up in the air. It was a tough job and he kept trying until he figured out how to safely extract the car. He was polite, friendly, and didn't even charge us for the service. We were going from Brenham to Channelview .We made it all the way past Hardy Toll Road on 99 when my truck broke down.My wife called Fernandez since she was from Sealy and familiar with them.
Robert came to our rescue. He was very pleasant, and courteous. He loaded our truck on the flat bed, then hooked up our trailer to his wrecker.
After dropping us off in Brenham , he took our truck on to their shop for repairs.
